The Empire of the 41st Millennium is a grim and dark future where there is only war. The Imperium follows the decrees set by the Ecclisarchy and the Adeptus Terra in a degradation of the Emperor of Mankind's initial crusades. They abhor the Xeno, purge the heretic and fear the unknown.... It's also a pretty cool setting because of just that. This is the Cultural Index a series aimed at exploring various Science-Fiction species.
