With Fallout the Series finishing and being a very good adaptation of the world of the games, I thought it best to take a look into one of the wasteland's prominent factions, the New California Republic, the NCR. From its origins as a Vault settlement to the country spanning force it is by the time of New Vegas, let's look at the Bear of New California. This is the Cultural Index a series aimed at exploring various Science-Fiction species.
