A question that I have been waiting to see addressed in Starfleet Academy was the existence of Voyager's Doctor's Mobile Emitter and if he still needs it by the 32nd century. After all it was from the 29th century and acquired through time travel, before ending up back in Voyagers timeline. So Starfleet worked on it for centuries and now he appears not to have it anymore.
