Throughout Star Trek, we see a lot of aliens that are simply "humanoid" in form, indistinguishable from humans, but occasionally we do find a colony that consists of actual Humans from Earth. This happened in Voyager, Discovery, Enterprise and even the Original Series, and I don't mean the occasional missing person being rediscovered, but an entire colony or planet of humans.
